Queen Bee Sesame Crisp Cookies

Preheat oven to 350° then line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together and set aside:
6 Tb Queen Bee Cakes, Cookies, Muffins Flour
¼ tsp salt
Blend well:
1 Tb softened butter
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add:
¾ cup organic sugar or ½ cup each organic sugar and coconut palm sugar
Mix in:
½ cup toasted sesame seeds (Toast quickly in hot skillet)
Queen Bee flour/salt mixture
Stir until combined. Drop about 2 tsp cookie batter on baking sheets about 2” apart. Cookies spread a lot.
Bake for 6 minutes until cookies are golden and flat. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 15 minutes until quite set. Remove parchment paper from baking sheet to allow cookies to cool completely and then they pop right off.
